Commission Kids Assistant
Commission Kids Assistant
Do you love working with elementary age kids and desire to help in a low capacity? We have openings for you to give and encourage children one Sunday service per month. Our Commision Kids assistants help lead games, assist children and help with crafts.
Great for those with the gifts of Creativity, Compassion, Joy, Exhortation, Mercy, Serving, and Teaching.

Commission Kids Check-In Assistant
Check-In Assistant
Are you friendly and can you handle a computer? We have opportunities for you to greet families with children and check them into our Sunday morning classes. Responsibilities include arriving 20 minutes before service to greet families and check families in with our easy to use tablet.

Preschool/Kindergarten Assistant
Ready to harness the energy of a preschooler and direct them to God? Teachers and assistants serve our eager to learn youngsters. Preparation is next to nothing and extremely easy with an excellent, pre-planned curriculum. Time commitments require assisting on a one month out of every three month rotation for consistency with the children.
Great for those with the gifts of Joy, Energy, Patience, Exhortation, Mercy, Serving, and Teaching.

Youth Leader
Has God given you a desire to invest into and develop teens? Our youth leaders are responsible for connecting with our young teens to help them grow in their relationship with Christ. Responsibilities include facilitating a life group of teens and assisting with youth events.
Great for those with the gifts of Socializing, Creativity, Wisdom, Joy, Mentorship, Patience, Discernment, Exhortation, Mercy, Serving, Pastor/Shepherding and Teaching.

Youth Trip and Event Leader
Has God given you a desire to invest into teens? Our trip and event leaders are responsible for attending and traveling with our students for events and trips throughout the year. Trips and events require help from our church body and these leaders can play vital roles in developing our students at key times in their lives. Trips include: Youth Camp, Youth Convention, Missions Trips, and etc. Responsibilities may include driving, overseeing small groups of students, helping with events, and other event related tasks. This is not a weekly commitment.

Commission Worship Team Member

Sound Technician
Sound technicians provide behind the scenes technical excellence to provide a comfortable, live mix of our services. Training provided for those with attention to detail and a passion to serve. Responsibilities include arriving about an hour before service to properly prepare for service.

Sunday Service Coordinator
Can you lead, facilitate,and execute goals by planning and coordinating events between many leaders and helpers. Do you thrive under challenge, change and pressure? We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and organized person to help us plan, develop, and execute excellence into our Sunday morning services.
This position will require time commitment.

Parking Assistant
Do you like to help others arrive safely? Our parking lot needs assistants to help people park safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include arriving 40 minutes prior to service starting, directing traffic, helping and escorting people to the building, preparing and treating the parking lot and sidewalks during inclement weather.
Great for those with the gift of Greeting Socializing, Joy, Driving, Management, Communication, Mercy, Compassion, Hospitality, and Serving.

Cafe Assistant
Our cafe is the place nearly every member and guest visit during their time at Commission Church. This position greets, serves, and meets those who would like a quick snack or refreshment. Responsibilities include connecting with people, serving once a month, and creating a welcoming environment. Cafe assistants need to arrive one hour prior to service.

Connections Coordinator
Are you passionate that people who come to church are connected and find a place of belonging to our faith community? We are looking for someone to oversee our connections team and make sure each person at Commission Church feels connected. This coordinator will work with our staff to make sure those new to Commission get connected and greeted, as well as making sure current members stay connected.

Greeter
Are you a friendly person who can easily strike up a conversation with a stranger? We have new friends every week and have opportunities for you to connect with them and make them feel welcome at Commission Church. Greeters create a fun, welcoming environment at Commission Church. They ensure every person is greeted and valued as they enter the church. Greeters connect with visitors and anticipate their needs so that they can be served. There are also great opportunities for those who have a desire to follow-up with first time guests shortly after their visit.

Usher
Usher The usher will regularly participate in worship services. Ushers will come into direct contact with an individual on any given service. Ushers help seat and greet those who enter the sanctuary. They also help with passing things out, directing communion, and getting the weekly attendance count.

Prayer Team Do you love to encourage and pray for others? Do you also have the ability to lead others? Help us organize our prayer teams to pray for, encourage, and support others during our service.

Life Group Leader
Life groups are central to living fully alive at Commission Church. Groups are pivotal to our success. The primary responsibility is to create environments for people to grow in Christ. Group leaders facilitate curriculum and community and are not asked to teach.

Media Assistant
Presentation of video, song lyrics, and other media is key to a technically excellent service at Commission Church. This position requires the ability to operate computer presentation software. Training can be provided for those with an attention to detail and a passion to serve. Responsibilities include arriving an hour before service start time to properly prepare for service execution.
Great for those with technical abilities with computers, propresenter, and other audio-visual programs and the gifts of Administration, Leadership and Serving.

Video Production Specialist
Media and video are becoming increasingly more critical to successful outreach ministry. It is key to reaching the current generation. Join us in this new endeavor. Responsibilities include assistance with live recording during service, creation of video trailers for sermons and social media, and creative execution of other ways to connect to our community through multimedia.
